Slow Club were really one of my own personal highlights of Homegame ‘09. Their performance on Friday evening got the weekend off to a fantastic start for me. Warm, funny, unaffected and infectious, they had the audience wrapped around their little finger from the start. Luckily we got the chance to hang out with them for a bit on Saturday afternoon out on the breakwater while they made contributions to various blogs and websites, and they turned out to be lovely people, too! I didn’t have my SLR (as has been extensively documented), but I got these shots with my little point-and-click instamatic.
